In this draft approximately 25% of the property is park. Light green is park,
grey is mixed-use with a residential emphasis, gold is mixed use with a commercial
emphasis.

There are several miles of paths, plus a ballfield,
several playgrounds, basketball courts, pool, volley ball courts, shops,
pottery, stables, gym, skateboard park etc. Please let us know how we could make
it better for you. The links at the bottom of the page take you closer views and
more detailed discussion.

We are working on including a facility for a music school, either full time or as a
place for master classes. Please contact us if you are interested in such a facility-- especially as
an instructor, including a visiting one.
