Every buyer in North Harbor Hills will receive a set of resources to help plan their construction in a way that is compatible with the surrounding community, but also very loose and easily adapted to their own needs. In addition, the development team will maintain a referral list of recommended designers and builders who, while not warranted by the developer, may be able to provide the most compatible structures to assure the greatest long-term value for your building project.
Resources may include:
